How Does Someone Apply?
Albany Area Habitat for Humanity has partnered with the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments Senior and Disability Services for referral services for the Re-Habitat for Seniors program. The first step is to make sure you meet our program’s income guidelines and that you live in the Greater Albany Public School District. If you do they will refer you to our program. Once we receive your referral we will send you an application packet for you to complete and return to us. We will process your application and let you know if your application was approved.
